Today, you have the option to visit either Tarangire National Park or Lake Manyara National Park, with each park offering a unique experience depending on the time of year. If you choose Tarangire, you’ll begin your game drive across a breathtaking expanse of golden savannah that surrounds the Tarangire River. This vital water source flows yearround, attracting a wealth of wildlife, especially during the dry season. The river is lined with majestic acacia and Baobab trees, often frequented by large herds of elephants and other herbivores like zebras and antelopes.

Alternatively, if you opt for Lake Manyara, you’ll be treated to a bird-watcher’s paradise. The park is home to a stunning variety of bird species, from flocks of vibrant flamingos to soaring birds of prey and the striking lilac-breasted roller. Around 9 AM, we’ll head back to your accommodation for a leisurely breakfast, giving you time to relax and savor the morning. At 10:30, we’ll continue our game drive, with your driver selecting the best route based on the season and the wildlife you’re eager to see. After breakfast, we’ll hit the road back to Ngorongoro Crater National Park. Our journey will take us through the Serengeti via a different route, providing plenty of opportunities to spot the animals you may have missed on day two. As far as the eye can see, you’ll witness thousands of animals in herds: wildebeests and zebras migrating side by side, tall and graceful giraffes, agile antelopes and gazelles, powerful African elephants, and the respected predators of the region. Keep an eye out for sleek cheetahs, elusive leopards, foraging hyenas, and, of course, the king of the jungle—the lion. You’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater or in nearby Karatu Town, with accommodations tailored to your preferences.

Today, We’re heading to a truly special place! After breakfast, we’ll set off on our journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the Eighth Wonder of the World. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to an incredible diversity of wildlife, with over 120 mammal species, including the renowned Big Five. This is a coveted safari destination, offering you the rare opportunity to see the endangered rhino grazing peacefully on the grassy plains. You’ll also find a significant population of hippos enjoying the cool waters of the crater. From the comfort of your safari vehicle, you’ll be able to observe and capture stunning photographs of some of Africa’s most iconic creatures. After a day filled with excitement and adventure, we’ll enjoy a delightful picnic lunch by the park’s famous hippo pool. As the day winds down, we’ll begin our journey back to Arusha, concluding this remarkable safari experience. It’s a day you won’t forget!
